 Return & Refund Policy – Bath Bites

At Bath Bites, we strive to deliver high-quality self-care products that enhance your everyday routine. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

 Returns

Due to the personal care nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

We only accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product was damaged during transit  
- You received the wrong item  

To be eligible for a return:
- The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery  
- The product must be unused and in original packaging  
- You must provide clear photos or videos of the issue  

 Refunds

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method  
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI  
- Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect  

Replacements

We offer replacements in case of:
- Damaged products  
- Incorrect items delivered  

Replacements are subject to product availability.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used products  
- Products purchased during sale or promotional offers (unless damaged)  
- Items returned without prior approval  

 Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.  
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
