- Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location  

Cash on Delivery (COD)

- COD is available on eligible orders  
- A small convenience fee may apply on COD orders (if applicable)  

Order Tracking

- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email  
- You can track your order in real-time  

Delays

While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

- Weather conditions  
- Courier service issues  

Bath Bites is not responsible for delays caused by external factors.

Incorrect Address

- Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate  
- Bath Bites will not be responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer  

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery  
- Share images/videos as proof  

We will assist you with a replacement or refund as per our policy.
